Boutique rental. The Woodland project is located in the Stoneygate conservation area. This beautiful old town house was split into 3 generous apartments in the 1980s and required a full back to brick renovation however we strove to retain as many architectural details as possible.
Woodland Terrace

Boutique rental. Woodland terrace lies on the first floor of the Woodland development and due to its elevated position, the rooms are flooded with light and tree tops can be viewed from most rooms. The interior design is a pared back pallet of white and taupe with natural materials such as creamy stone, walnut timber and leather creating an understated lux scheme.

Boutique rental: Woodland loft is a spacious one bed apartment located on the second floor of the woodland development. It’s an inviting space filled with touches of walnut brushed brass and black.

Renovation for sale. This project is a stones throw away from the bustling Queens Road which is home to a number of independent boutiques, bars and bistros.
We love open-concept design but 2020 has taught us that individual rooms, that can be shut off, can be a godsend. For the Cecilia project we kept the traditional layout of the 2 bed Victorian terrace to create a cosy stylish haven. A simple palette of white, warm-toned wood and Farrow and Ball’s ‘Hague Blue’ unified all rooms on the whilst statement lighting added a touch of modernity.

Boutique Rental. For the Victoria project we reconfigured and interior designed a run-down flat to provide and open concept Pinterest-worthy space.
This first floor apartment has views over Victoria Park in the Clarendon Park district.

Francis

Renovation for sale. The Francis project was situated in the ‘Stoneygate Shops’ area, a small enclave of boutique shops, eateries and period houses with a vibrant and cosmopolitan feel. Behind its modest frontage this property had a wealth of period features including high ceilings, detailed cornice, marble fireplaces and column radiators but the property had so much more to offer than this. We were able to create a wonderful 32ft kitchen / living space to the rear of the property plus a separate reception room at the front, perfect for those who like to entertain, work from home or just enjoy room to breathe.

Interior Design. When designing our own home we wanted timeless pieces that would withstand the normal knocks and scrapes that come with having children and a dog! So we decided that the main purchases (dining set, sideboards and writing desk) should be craftsman-grade pieces that that would stand the test of time and, with luck, be the antiques of the future.
